These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and Zero24 LLC. They govern your use of Anke Money, the Anke Money website, and related services. By using Anke Money, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Anke Money does

Anke Money is a personal and household finance record-keeping tool. It helps you record income, spending, assets, liabilities, and budgets; review changes over time; and, when you authorize it, let an Agent work with selected records. Anke Money is not a bank, broker, accountant, or financial adviser.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms where you live. If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must tell us promptly about unauthorized access.

Your records and content

You own the information and content you add to Anke Money. You are responsible for its accuracy, your right to record it, and your backups. You give Zero24 LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, synchronize, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support Anke Money.

Local and cloud modes

You can use Anke Money without signing in and keep records on your device. If you sign in, cloud sync and related account services become available. See the Privacy Policy for how each mode handles information. You are responsible for exported backups.

Agent and API access

An Agent may use your ledger or asset data only through an API key you create and within the access you grant. Review and confirm every imported record or asset update before it is saved. Keep API keys private and revoke them when you no longer want an Agent to connect.

Our service and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, Zero24 LLC gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use Anke Money. The app, website, brand, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Zero24 LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Acceptable use

You may not:

use Anke Money for an unlawful purpose or to record information you do not have the right to use;
impersonate another person, share an account without permission, or obtain unauthorized access;
disrupt the service, upload malicious code, probe security controls, or misuse an Agent connection;
copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law allows it; or
infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Third-party services

Anke Money may rely on services such as Clerk for sign-in, Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure, and third-party Agent providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Changes, availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including the cloud service. We will try to communicate material changes when practical. You may stop using Anke Money at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk, or use the service unlawfully. The Privacy Policy explains data deletion.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANKE MONEY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE APP OR CLOUD SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. INFORMATION IN ANKE MONEY IS FOR PERSONAL RECORD KEEPING ONLY AND IS NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero24 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use Anke Money. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law where you live applies. Before starting a formal dispute, contact us at zero24@recapall.app so we can try to resolve it. Where applicable law permits, disputes will be finally resolved in English by one arbitrator in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. You may bring an eligible claim in a local small-claims court where applicable law allows.
