This Privacy Policy explains how Zero24 LLC handles information when you use Anke Money, the Anke Money website, or related services. Anke Money can work entirely on your device or sync to the cloud after you sign in.

Information we process

Depending on how you use Anke Money, we may process:

financial records you add, such as income, spending, amounts, currency, dates, categories, payment channels, assets, liabilities, receivables, and budgets;
optional content such as notes, custom names, and labels;
account information from Clerk sign-in with Apple, Google, or an email verification code, which may include your name, email address, and a stable account identifier;
app-scoped device and installation identifiers, IP address, operating system, and operational logs needed for sign-in, device registration, synchronization, security, and abuse prevention;
synchronization information such as revisions, queued changes, conflicts, and audit events; and
information you send when you contact us for support, feedback, or a privacy request.

Anke Money does not request bank credentials, connect directly to your bank, or read bank or payment statements. We do not sell personal information, use advertising SDKs, or track you across other apps or websites with behavioral analytics.

How we use information

We use this information to run and secure Anke Money, including local and cloud storage, account access, synchronization, Agent connections, support, troubleshooting, service improvement, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. We do not use your financial records to provide financial advice or decide whether you qualify for credit, insurance, or employment.

Local and cloud modes

Use without signing in

When you use Anke Money without signing in, your financial records stay on your device. Zero24 LLC does not receive them. You can export a backup through the iOS Files interface. The exported file stays wherever you save it.

Cloud sync after you sign in

When you sign in, account identifiers, app-scoped device identifiers, financial records, optional content, and synchronization metadata are sent to the Anke Money cloud service. We use them to provide account access, synchronization, authorization, Agent access, security, and support. Your device also keeps an offline copy.

Agent connections

An Agent can use your ledger or asset data only through an API key you create, and only within the access you grant. You must confirm every imported record or asset update before it is saved. The Agent provider may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Review them before you connect an Agent.

Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that process it for us to run Anke Money, including:

Clerk for sign-in with Apple, Google, and email verification codes;
Microsoft Azure and other infrastructure providers for cloud hosting, storage, and security; and
hosting, email and support providers when needed to deliver the website or respond to you.

We may also disclose information when you ask us to, when required by law or legal process, to protect users and the service, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International processing

Zero24 LLC is based in the United States. We or our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where we or they operate. We use the safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.

Cookies and website data

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for basic operation. It does not use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may receive basic request data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site.

Retention, export and deletion

Local data stays until you clear it, delete the app, or restore a replacement backup. Cloud data stays while your account is active. As part of normal retention, we may remove old tombstone payloads after 30 days and old audit events after 365 days. When you delete your cloud account in the app, we erase the household partition, membership, grants, audit events, synchronization data, and login account. Privacy deletion takes precedence over normal retention. Signing out does not delete data.

Information sent to support is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records of a request, comply with the law, or resolve a dispute.

Your choices and privacy rights

You can use Anke Money on your device or sign in for cloud sync. You can export records, clear local data, sign out, delete your cloud account, and revoke an Agent connection by removing its API key. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to our handling of your personal information. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

To make a request, email zero24@recapall.app. We may need to verify your identity or account details before responding. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you may also contact your local data protection authority. We cannot retrieve local-only records because they never reach our servers.

Security

Anke Money uses platform authentication, access controls, and encrypted network transport. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device, account, and API keys secure. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or key was used without authorization.

Children

Anke Money is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the cloud service.

Changes and contact
